D-8607 uses a familiar keyboard layout with alphanumeric keys and F1–F12 function keys, making it suitable for equipment operators who require a conventional physical input format rather than a highly specialised key arrangement. The model is available in natural stainless steel or a black finish. As the black version uses a different finishing process, it is quoted separately from the standard stainless-steel version.
