Import duties vary by country and cannot be quoted as a single fixed amount. The duty rate depends on your local customs policy and the product category being imported.

Most countries use the international Harmonized System (HS) codes to classify goods and determine duty rates. If you share your destination country and customs requirements, we can provide the HS code reference and supporting shipping documents to help with your customs clearance.

For exact duty and tax costs, we recommend confirming with your local customs broker or importer.

The HS code commonly used for DAVOLIN industrial/rugged keyboards is 84716071.

Please note that HS code classification may vary slightly depending on your country’s customs regulations and the exact product configuration. If needed, we can provide HS code references on the commercial invoice and shipping documents for customs clearance.

Product Performance & Protection

01. What is the difference between a rugged keyboard and a normal keyboard?

A normal keyboard is designed for office or home use, where the environment is clean and stable.
